Before making a purchase at CoffeeOasis.com, we kindly request that you review your local laws and regulations pertaining to coffee equipment and accessories. Please note that CoffeeOasis.com ships within the United States. For international shipments, please contact us at support@coffeeoasis.com. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Information

Upon placing your order, your credit card will undergo a pre-authorization process. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please note that during periods of high demand, delivery times may be extended, as determined by the manufacturer. All shipping times are the same for deliveries within the United States. For estimated delivery dates, we recommend referring to the respective product pages. In case of any delays, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised schedule. If you do not receive communication from us within the specified timeframe, please reach out to us at support@coffeeoasis.com.

Our shipping partners include FEDEX, LTL Ground, and UPS.

Important Note About Delivery

Kindly ensure that the contact information provided with your order is accurate. For LTL (Less Than Truckload) deliveries, please be aware that our drivers are only able to make curbside deliveries. They will not be able to assist you in moving the packages to your desired location on your property. Depending on the size of the item, we recommend having 1-2 additional individuals available during the delivery to assist with unloading and placement. Failure to provide assistance may result in additional expenses if the merchandise needs to be returned.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Upon receiving your package, we strongly advise you to inspect it for any damage. If you identify significant damage, take photographs, and clearly mark the item as damaged on both the customer's and the driver's receipts. In such cases, please refuse the delivery. Immediately notify us and provide photographic evidence of the damage so that we can promptly arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. Failure to report damage upon delivery will be considered acceptance of the item in its current condition. If you discover damage or missing components at a later time, please contact us. It's essential to retain all original packaging materials in case of damage during installation.

Checking Your Order Status

You will receive an email notification from us when your item is ready to ship, which will include a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.

If, within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, you have not received your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@coffeeoasis.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will investigate the status of your shipment for you.
